Week 1 Weigh In for the Weight Loss Challenge~
Feeling good.... just weighed in for week 1 of the weight loss challenge and I had a 3.6 lb weight loss. HARD WORK!!! I'll take it and of course i'm going for more this week. I already have 4.25 miles in for the week and I completed a blood, sweat and tears workout with Jillian. I'll close the night out with more strength training.... going for a 10k (6.20 miles or more) tomorrow. I have a little something extra that I plan to incorporate this week to improve my results. I'm gonna push harder, get in more reps and eliminate some of the unhealthy foods I had this past week. THIS is gonna be a gooooooood week!!! I feel it!!
